Dash - Social Lens is too prominent

Bug description:
Currently the Social Lens is listed, in the bottom navigation of the
Dash, before Music, Photo and Video lenses. Social information are in
general less important than the user own media files.
Proposed solution:
Move the Social Lens icon at the end of the navigation (at the very right of
the default Lenses).
