How did you select the paper trsy for your print jobs? I tested now with up-to-date Saucy and the LibreOffice Writer which comes with it (4.0.2). I have entered some text and printed with LibreOffice's orioginal print dialog (not switched to GTK dialog). The tray I chose in the pop-up which comes up when clicking "Properties" in the print dialog. This way I printed several jobs from different trays and for me the jobs get sent with correct "InputSlot" attributes according to error_log on my print server. So LibreOffice seems to be OK.

It chooses always the paper from tray 1. Therefore I installed LibreOffice 4.0 from ppa libreoffice-4-0. And this version worked correctly concerning the paper tray selection.... ...until now - the current version 4.0.4.2 AGAIN BROKE this feature - again everything is printed from tray 1!
