Title:
right click empty trash clickable even if trash is empty

Status in “gnome-applets” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-applets

If you right click on the trash applet, you can see the "empty trash"
item that is clickable even if the trash is empty. You can continue to
click more and more but the item remains clickable.

I'm using Ubuntu 8.10 with Trash Applet 2.24.0.1
