Title: empathy always launches UOA accounts panel Status in Chat app, and Telepathy user interface: Unknown Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: In Ubuntu GNOME we ship the GOA panel, however once empathy is built with UOA support it becomes hardcoded to launch the UOA panel. As a result nothing happens when clicking on 'account settings' when gnome- control-center-signon is not installed.
