Bug description:
Card is seen in Alsa with playback and recording successfully (there is a
headphone jack on the back of the mic itself)
Card is not seen in Pulseaudio
The USB port itself is not the issue, and other USB audio recording devices
work (i.e. Webcam microphone works and is recognized)
