Title:
"Send CTRL+ALT+DEL" is not an option

Status in “rdesktop” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The helpfile states:

"When the Keyboard shortcuts option is disabled, Ctrl+Alt+Delete is
the only key combination which will not be sent to the remote desktop.
Choose Remote ▸ Send Ctrl-Alt-Delete, or use the corresponding toolbar
button, to send this key combination."

The problem being that this isn't an option. The entry isn't even
  listed in the Remote menu.
