Unable to open contact list when start empathy with the parameter -h

Bug description:
Hi,
I have Ubuntu 13.04 and I`m not able to open contact list of Empathy if I
start Empathy hidden (with parameter -h ).
If I start Empathy normally (without parameters), I can hide and re-open
contacts without problem from Ubuntu messaging menu.
