I've installed the 3.10 kernel from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.10-saucy/
(since I don't like testing on a productive system with non-deb installs that may be hard to uninstall cleanly). According to version number and file time, it should contain the fix (please correct me if I'm wrong).
