With so little information, it's impossible for anyone to say. You
haven't specified any example URL's or the actual error code which
explains the reason for them being untrusted.

In any case, this shouldn't be reported against Firefox. More often than
not, these issues are either an issue with the server configuration or a
local network issue

Firefox gave an Untrusted Site Warning for two separate Community
  Ubuntu Documentation Sites.

Status in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
On two separate occasions for different users, Firefox gave an
Untrusted Site Warning for Community Ubuntu Documentation Sites. Has
the relevent certificate documentation expired ?

Unable to reproduce the problem as Firefox has now added exceptions in
  both cases.
