Public bug reported: Hi,
After upgrading to Ubuntu 13.04, I could not print any documents. It seems that CUPS couldn't communicate with my printer anymore. I tried to remove and reinstall the printer, CUPS did not find the printer anymore. After lots of searching and several CUPS purge and reinstall, it can't start anymore. Typing sudo service cups start I get: start: Job failed to start Thanks in advance. ** Affects: cups (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to cups in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1193685 Title: Cups doesn't start and doesn't find printer Status in “cups” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Hi, After upgrading to Ubuntu 13.04, I could not print any documents.
