From a developper point of view, it probably makes sense to talk about "print to PDF" From a developper point of view, it probably makes sense to go to "print" entry in menu to get a PDF file of the current document. But from a user point of view, "export in PDF" has nothing to do with "print". Printing is getting a sheet of paper out of the printer, and not getting another electronic file.
