I have not tried the windows side. I erased everything and put ubuntu on the machine. How likely is at this point that I could be a broken hardware? I could do reinstall windows but it would be a huge deal because this is the machine i work with. by the way, if it turns out that the hardware is ok and pulseaudio cannot support it just now, could i replace the hardware with a different card that you know it is going to work fine?
