I applied this patch on my ubuntu 12.04 system, and it works for my 4-screen 2-gpu xinerama setup.

When using GTK with Xinerama and mapping the Wacom tablet to a single screen, all Wacom devices suffer from incorrect offsets between the cursor and the Wacom level input device. In short, while the Wacom device correctly uses the entire single screen desktop region, the underlying GTK insists that the tablet is still halved (or whatever screen to tablet ratio) between the two monitors.
