Public bug reported:

When the sidepanel is on when the editor starts, the content is correct,
showing maps and folders of the opened file. But when switched off en on
again (F9), the panel appears again but with the default folder
selected: /home/<username>, rendering it nearly useless. Expected is
that the panel re-appears with the same data as before.

Bluefish 2.2.4, Ubuntu 13.04.

** Affects: gtk+2.0 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
