Matching subscriptions: dp-unity https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1098921 Title: Animation framerate stays unlimited for the user session used to install the operating system Status in One Hundred Paper Cuts: Invalid Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: Steps to reproduce: 1. Initialize the user session used to install Ubuntu. 2. Minimize a window, paying attention to how fast is it performed. 3. Initialize a different user session. 4. Minimize a window, paying attention to how fast it is performed. Expected behaviour: Both window minimize animations to be equally fast. Real behaviour: In the user session used to install Ubuntu the animation is the fastest the graphics processor can draw, in the rest of sessions the animation performs normally. Workaround: After installing Ubuntu deleting the user session used to install the system, including the home folder, and adding the session again. Relevant details: - It happens on different computers and graphics processors.
