Furthermore, selecting a preset configuration will overwrite your custom configuration. To reproduce: 0. Have Hardy, CompizConfig installed 1. Set some custom options via CC. I recommend turning on plugins relating to the cube because they are not favored by the presets 2. Open the dialog via the aforementioned path 3. choose a preset (like "none" or "normal") 4. Look at your settings in CompizConfig. Your custom settings will have been overwritten. In gusty, the custom settings would have been unchanged but ignored until you played with them again.
