Title: Jockey unable to install fglrx-updates or fglrx-updates-experimental Status in “jockey” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Installed 12.04.2 on an HP Pavilion dm1 and needed to install the fglrx driver for 12.04.2. However, jockey errored out every time I tried installing either suggested driver: I was able to successfully install fglrx-updates manually using apt-get: xorg:fglrx_experimental_9 - ATI/AMD proprietary FGLRX graphics driver (**experimental** beta) (Proprietary, Disabled, Not in use) xorg:fglrx_updates - ATI/AMD proprietary FGLRX graphics driver (post-release updates) (Proprietary, Enabled, Not in use) Note that fglrx_updates shows enabled, not in use. that's because I just manually installed and have not rebooted yet. I've also confirmed that I was able to install via jockey-text. For whatever reason, it is only jockey-gtk that was having issues with these drivers.
