System: Asus G55VW
Hitting hotkeys for the keyboard backlight brightness has no effect.
Hitting hotkeys for the keyboard backlight brightness generates a X
key event (XF86KbdBrightnessUp, XF86KbdBrightnessDown) as seen by xev
but no ACPI event is seen by acpi_listen.
Invoking /etc/acpi/asus-keyboard-backlight.sh directly as root changes
the keyboard backlight correctly.
