Bug description:
  On natty, the internal speaker works fine until headphones are plugged
  in.  They mute properly when the headphones are plugged in, but
  sometimes do not unmute after being unplugged.

  Laptop is a Latitude D830, with a SigmaTel STAC9205 codec.
