Bug description:
  the thickness of the overline and underline line is not the same
  (overline is always thinner) even when we make sure the same font
  effect type is selected in the Format|Character. and this is true for
  visual appearance when writing the document and the resulting pdf...
  this kind of details is the point where a good software is
  distinguished from a bad one...
