Status in “ibus-chewing” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in “ibus-chewing” source package in Precise: Fix Released Status in “ibus-chewing” source package in Quantal: Fix Released Bug description: Please help pull this feature from upstream into precise and quantal. This feature is already existed in raring. [Impact] * The traditional Chinese users from Windows are familiar with this functionality if they are using the built-in new zhuyin input method for Taiwan in Windows. * IIRC, this function also exists in scim-chewing and other similar input framework implementation for libchewing. * It has been a long time that ibus-chewing lacks this feature that people get used to. * This will bring the better user experience for the users of ibus- chewing. [Test Case] * Enable ibus-chewing and use it to type traditional Chinese. * When you want to type English, you just need press 'shift' to switch between English mode and Chinese mode. [Regression Potential] * There is no obvious regression. [Other Info] * This feature is implemented by the upstream developers of ibus-chewing.
