Can't show Empathy window after reduced

Status in Chat app, and Telepathy user interface:

Status in “compiz” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I have opened one chat window, and the list of online users of Empathy
-I reduce the Empathy main window (with the list of online contacts)
-I move on a new virtual desktop
-I click on the "chat" icon in the message indicator to open it again : the
windows doesn't show up, but I get a "buzz" effect on the icon in the dash.
-I click on the Empathy icon in the dash : it just focus on the chat window.
If I click again, it runs the "expose" mode, with the chat window, but an
invisible list window (see attached capture). If I click on the right side of
the desktop where the list should be displayed, it actually move on the right
desktop and show the list. But you have to "guess" where to click..

Expected behavior : when clicking on the "chat" icon in the message
indicator, it should display the main window of the chat applications
OR all the windows of the application.
