-- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to empathy in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/876555 Title: Can't show Empathy window after reduced Status in Chat app, and Telepathy user interface: In Progress Status in “compiz” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu: Fix Committed Bug description: I have opened one chat window, and the list of online users of Empathy -I reduce the Empathy main window (with the list of online contacts) -I move on a new virtual desktop -I click on the "chat" icon in the message indicator to open it again : the windows doesn't show up, but I get a "buzz" effect on the icon in the dash. -I click on the Empathy icon in the dash : it just focus on the chat window. If I click again, it runs the "expose" mode, with the chat window, but an invisible list window (see attached capture). If I click on the right side of the desktop where the list should be displayed, it actually move on the right desktop and show the list. But you have to "guess" where to click.. Expected behavior : when clicking on the "chat" icon in the message indicator, it should display the main window of the chat applications OR all the windows of the application.
