Public bug reported: On Raring using deja-dup to backup to Ubuntu one, if the backup includes new folders and is larger than a few tens of MB then the process apparently hangs at the start of the upload operation for some tens of minutes and then fails with a popup "Backup Failed. Giving up on request after 5 attempts last status 400 bad request". The progress bar does not get started as far as I can see. While it is hanging I can see in System Monitor that data is being continuously sent, but after the failure there are no new files on U1. If instead of one large backup I add the folders a few at a time (maybe 10 or 20 MB each time) then each smaller operation succeeds. In fact I am not certain whether it is the size of the backup that is significant, it could possibly be the number of files.
