GDM is exiting if the network is restarted

Bug description:
I'm using Ubuntu 13.04 dev with gdm 3.6.1-0ubuntu3. Using "sudo
/etc/init.d/networking restart" will cause gdm to exit. In this case
I'm even not able to start it again with "sudo start gdm".
