Description of problem:
If totem is open (focused or not) and I plug in a usb mouse, totem just
exits.

How reproducible:
100%
- happens when totem is opened (focused or not) with no usb mouse already
plugged in.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start totem.
2. Insert a usb mouse.
Actual results:
totem closes
Expected results:
totem doesn't close
