Title:
  hdmi display not detected

Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Hi I'm running Kubuntu 12.10 fresh install and have this barebone PC:
  http://www.asus.com/Barebone_PC/T_Series_1820L/T5P5G41E/#specifications

My VGA display works great but I've also plugged in a HDMI display,
  this one: http://www.lg.com/uk/tvs/lg-42PA4500-plasma-tv/technical-
  specifications

The hdmi display does not show in 'Display Settings' or for xrandr...

I've checked forums, irc etc and got some great help but nothing has
worked. My computer seems to be using the i915 driver.

Could anybody please help fix this as I'm desperate to use this large
  display for presentations.

  Thanks for your help.
