Title:
libreoffice should have more actual versions

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Opinion

Bug description:
On libreoffice a underperformance has become standard in Ubuntu.

  Referring to

http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=libreoffice&searchon=names&suite=all&section=all

it can be seen that since quantal relase candidates of libreoffice
reside in Ubuntu, which are absolutely not actual.

  In respect to

this seems to be not accepted by people.

  cited here:

  "

@ Christopher - It's an early alpha build, not even close to the
  stable 4.0.0 release.

For now, there is no PPA with the stable 4.0.0 release.
