On current raring I seem to have both 64 and 32 bit installed; so must
have been fixed.

Bug description:
liborc-0.4-0:i386 won't install with it's 64bit cousin.
Which by way of gstreamer0.10-plugins-base:i386, won't let
ia32-libs-multiarch install which means ia32-libs won't install
(Probably other dependencies as well).
