An email to Dave Coffin resulted in patches to dcraw.c within hours, but now some months later it seems that no update has been made in the repositories, and a quick look shows that ubuntu 12.04 has no plans to update dcraw and ufraw from version 8.99-1 and 0.18-1. What will it take to get these 2 very important programs brought up to date? Both dcraw and ufraw need to be brought up to date with the developers source, which has been updated.
