Any reason why you're running the old kernel from 12.10 (and not even
the one available from updates)?
There's also a new wacom driver update available, does updating it
change anything?

in xournal, the pen input device acts erratically, freezes

Bug description:
The pen input in Xournal is very erratic with my Lenovo multitouch screens.
When I start it's okay but then suddenly the pen puts in lines when it's not
even near the screen. Then it "freezes" in pen mode and I can't do any mouse
functions.
Putting the computer on Suspend and then Resume makes the mouse commands
usable again.
