I don't think it's a duplicate - I never installed Chinese translations in the first place. If I click "Install / Remove Languages" the checkboxes for English, German, French and Norwegian are all checked. All the Chinese variants are unchecked. I discovered this while trying to simplify my language selection in an attempt to avoid a reproducible crash in jockey-gtk - I'm suspecting that this discrepancy could have something to do with it.
