file-roller supports extracting RAR files through the unar package since
Ubuntu 12.10. It also can use rar or unrar from the rar and unrar
packages. Therefore I mark this bug as fixed.

Title:
Archive manager doesn't support RAR, not even for un-archiving
Status in “file-roller” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Binary package hint: file-roller
Despite being a very popular archive/compression format, Archive Manager
2.24.1 doesn't support RAR.
At least an option to install p7zip and its RAR module for un-archiving would
be nice.
