The correct shortcut uses Alt, not Ctrl.
This was fixed for Quantal by reverting to Nautilus 3.4 and it was fixed
for Raring in 3.6.

Use any of theses 3, - ctrl+up arrow, ctrl+left arrow, ctrl+right arrow
None are functional but they are intended to be upstream
While I gather not the solution, if any of the above are added to the page
menu then the binding(s) become functional
