Christopher, this is a bug about the official LibreOffice PPA. Would you prefer people to send you emails whenever something isn't working quite right? What if 20 people do that for a single issue?
Personally, I strongly think these bugs should be filed in Launchpad and the bug reporter should clearly indicate what version of LibreOffice they're using and where they got it from (which the bug reporter in this case did).
