Bug description:
Hi, I use Ubuntu 11.10 and whenever I move mouse to the right bottom corner
of my desktop (not too much, just 2 cms from the edges), the mouse and the
whole OS freezes and mouse moves like 0.5 FPS. It does NOT have anything to do
with application icon or whatever, because even when I remove panel, it does.
It does in KDE and in Unity.
It may be hard to understand, so please contact me and I'll add more
explanation.
