I noticed a subtile thing, windows located at (0,0) don't seem to be affected by the corruptions.

This bug only occurs, however, if the tooltip was drawn onto an area of the screen where it does not cover the window. If the tooltip covers any part of a window, then the transparent blocks where the old tooltip was do not appear. Because of this, maximized windows are not affected.
