* Cherry-pick some upstream patches from 3.6.1 (LP: #1068585) + appchooserwidget: check for g_app_info_should_show(). This ensures NoDisplay=true or NotShowIn/OnlyShowIn values in the desktop file are respected. + Make process_all_updates draw synchronously to improve rendering performance. -- Iain Lane <iain.l...@canonical.com> Thu, 18 Oct 2012 17:49:38 +0100 ** Changed in: gtk+3.0 (Ubuntu Quantal) Status: Fix Committed => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gtk+3.0 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1068585 Title: 3.6.1 cherry-picks Status in “gtk+3.0” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in “gtk+3.0” source package in Quantal: Fix Released Bug description: Hey, We don't want to take 3.6.1 wholesale, as it contains some changes which are quite large for a stable release. I've cherry-picked two fixes + appchooserwidget: check for g_app_info_should_show(). This ensures NoDisplay=true or NotShowIn/OnlyShowIn values in the desktop file are respected. + Make process_all_updates draw synchronously to improve rendering performance. which would be good to get in Q, for correctness and performance reasons. Since we have a GNOME MRE, as for the others you don't have to verify these fixes individually, but just do some regression testing of GTK+ itself.
