Public bug reported:

For 13.04 it appears we can now remove desktopcouch from the archives.
The only package appearing to have binaries depending on it is dmedia,
which should also be dropped, as it's quite old; and upstream maintains
some PPAs which people should be using, to get dmedia/novacut. Also, it
appears that dmedia, which we've just been pulling straight from debian,
has been dropped from the upstream debian archive as well (as has the
desktopcouch package in debian).
