Public bug reported:

This is my first bug report so bear with me.

I am running a HP ProBook 4530s that comes with a Radeon HD 6490M and
the Intel graphics that come with my Intel Processor.

I installed the workaround provided by Nick Andrik located here:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BinaryDriverHowto/ATI#WORKAROUND

Upon reboot I experienced low graphics mode when i expected to be able
to boot into Ubuntu normally. This is coming from a fresh install of
Ubuntu 12.10.

I am willing to take any steps necessary to help fix this issue, given
clear instructions on what you want me to do .
