  Deleted account always reappears after a reboot

Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I've got a mysterious account in my empathy account list. It seems to
  be a mixture of to of my accounts (credentials of my sip account and
  it is marked as a google talk account). If I delete the account it
  disappears but after a reboot it is there again.

  In addition: If I end Empathy and try to restart it again it seems to
  have problems to get access to the account settings, I get the
  following error message:

  "Fehler beim Aufruf der Kontenverwaltung

  Es ist ein Fehler beim Verbinden zur Telepathy-Kontenverwaltung
  aufgetreten. Fehlermeldung war:

  Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote
  application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy
  blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network
  connection was broken."
