I think these are actually two bugs, however they both affect me as well. - when I open an existing document, no menu bar appears on top. If I select another window (e.g. Chromium) and then return to Libreoffice, the menu appears (maybe a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1067282).
- after using any option from the global menu once, the global menu stops working. Options are still visible and apparently selectable, but they don't actually work any more. This renders the program almost unusable for me; is there any workaround? I couldn't find the second bug listed by its own. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to libreoffice in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1069399 Title: menu did not work when libreoffice open files Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: when I open an exist file (not from the libreoffice File>Open item) , some time the globel menu disappear and every time even if the menu exist the menu item such as "exit","save", "save as", did not work, but it can work when i use shortcuts.
