1. Open the help.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the front page.
3. Click "About".
4. Click "About" again.
What you see (unless you look really closely):
3. Nothing.

What happens:
3. A "License" line appears below the visible part of the page, slightly
altering the scrollbar.
4. The "License" line disappears.
