Public bug reported:

Having the latest updates in 12.10 tried to install AMD drivers for ATI 
mobility Radeon 4xxx series because even if it is less than a week until stable 
Ubuntu 12.10, the "Additional drivers" hasen't shown yet the availability of 
AMD drivers.
 While the package has been installed succesfully I got this system crash 
report.
