Title: Bamboo Connect (CTL-470k) not responding Status in “xf86-input-wacom” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: My Bamboo Connect CTL-470 tabled (cable version) doesn't work in the latest 12.10 beta2. The kernel recognized it and creates two new input devices. I can see it also in the Xorg input list but not in the ubuntu settings/wacom. I can also see the device in Inkscape, however it cannot be used or turned on. The pen does light up the light on the tablet, but no mouse movement is registered from it. Description: Ubuntu quantal (development branch) Release: 12.10 xserver-xorg-input-wacom: Installed version: 1:0.17.0-0ubuntu2 Candidate: 1:0.17.0-0ubuntu2 Version table: *** 1:0.17.0-0ubuntu2 0 500 http://mirror.its.dal.ca/ubuntu/ quantal/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status I expected the tablet to work, it didn't. I'm reporting this under the X driver since the kernel seems to have recognized it properly in DMESG: [ 286.644251] usb 5-1: >new full-speed USB device number 2 using uhci_hcd [ 286.807576] usb 5-1: >New USB device found, idVendor=056a, idProduct=00dd [ 286.807592] usb 5-1: >New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=0 [ 286.807602] usb 5-1: >Product: CTL-470 [ 286.807610] usb 5-1: >Manufacturer: Wacom Co.,Ltd.
