Bug description:
To reproduce:
*Have more then 1 monitor*
Go into CCSM -> Unity Plugin -> Experimental
Under Experimental set 'Launcher Monitors' to Primary Desktop then back to
all desktops.
Now open a window on the second monitor and maximize it (Ctrl+Super+Up)
-Result-
The window gets drawn under the launcher.
-Expected-
The window does not get drawn under the launcher.
