I've boot to previous linux version (Linux x220i 3.2.0-30-generic-pae #48-Ubuntu SMP Fri Aug 24 17:14:09 UTC 2012 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux) and got same results - no wacom devices in X.
** Description changed: - On Quantal all three wacom devices on my Thinkpad X220 Tablet - (touchscreen, pen and eraser) works fine. After upgrade they are - invisible on my system. xsetwacom show no devices, application in + On Precise all three wacom devices on my Thinkpad X220 Tablet + (touchscreen, pen and eraser) works fine.
