Everyone who has this problem on Ubuntu, can you please edit the file /usr/share/cups/mime/cupsfilters.convs
changing the 100 to a 0 in the line application/vnd.cups-pdf application/vnd.cups-raster 100 pdftoraster and then restart CUPS (command "sudo restart cups").
