Bug description:
On a fresh install, the "filter results" section of all Lenses should
be collapsed by default.
In user testing we found that having this section collapsed made it
easier for new users get to grips with Dash.
Additionally the "filter results" section state (e.g. expanded or
collapsed, or filter options being selected) should not be stateful
across sessions. Every time a user reboots their computer, the
"filter results" section state should reset to 'collapsed' and all
filters reset to 'All'
