Please note that the same rendering problem is present using Web 3.4.1 (aka Epiphany). So even a webkit browser is affected. I got "Web" from the Ubuntu Software Center and I'm not sure it's the latest. I don't know what to say except that the rendering issue is not limited to gecko (Firefox and Seamonkey) but is present with Presto (Opera) and webkit (Web 3.4.1).
