Same for me, after updating to "network-manager:amd64 (0.9.6.0-0ubuntu4)". I downgraded to 0.9.6.0-0ubuntu3 and everything works fine again.

I know I have internet because I had the IP address for OpenDNS's emergency page, and it worked fine. Unforutunately, that's the only IP address webpage I know. So, I'm unable to connect to anywhere on the internet or even update my computer. I tried disabling dnsmasq by commenting out dns=dnsmasq in NetworkManager.conf, but it doesn't seem to be working. I know there is nothing wrong with my internet because I'm able to use the internet from same router using my ChromeOS Cr-48, which is what I'm using to submit this bug. This is a Critical bug, and I need a fix immediately, or I will be unable to do most of the things I use my desktop computer for.
